- A transferable title will be sent to the buyer by express mail or similar service within 15 business days of the auction. Buyer is responsible for vehicle registration.
- We do not guarantee current registration or that this item will meet local emission requirements. Titles/titling docs may be delayed due to extended processing times at DMV.
- All bids cannot be retracted and are binding until 2 business days after the auction ends. Failure to make full payment will result in a Default Fee.

IMPORTANT: Buyers must have both a Ritchie Brothers Release Form and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to enter the yard. The COI is a Yellow Corp requirement and must show $1M commercial general liability coverage. Yard entry will NOT be allowed without a valid document. COI’s can be submitted in advance to avoid delays: • Email to Steve.Oyler@Reddaway.com. Buyers are responsible for ALL LOAD OUT of Rolling Stock. Facility personnel cannot assist. Bring Tools, Jump PAK, Propane Tanks, Chains, Straps, Ramps, etc. Forklifts must be loaded from dock height. Drivers must take Tractor Fairings with Trucks. Drivers must take any old batteries from tractors if they have to swap out to get the tractor to run and stay running. Safety is paramount.
