Seller will load items on buyers appropriately sized vehicle. Buyer will need to have general Liability insurance / Valid Vehicle Insurance Card, no work on auction items will be performed on site without prior notification, if work beyond loading is needed then addition liability insurance will need to be addressed Buyer should have proper PPE, Work boots, hard hat and reflective high visibility vest. Loading times are from 7am to 3:30 pm Contact Chris Baker at 712-890-3429 24 hours in advance to coordinate pickup. Items are to be picked up within two weeks unless other arrangements are made and adhered to
