Engine The engine started and ran but is difficult to start. Ether had to be used to start engine. The crane emergency stop switch must be on in order to start the engine. It has been reported that the fuel system has issues and the fuel system loses pressure.
Drivetrain The drivetrain engages in forward and reverse.
Brakes The brakes are operational.
Hydraulics The hydraulic system could not be operationally checked. The winch has been removed. Hoses are blocked off and leak.
